The Brief

Design a cohesive Autumn / Winter 2026 collection pairing human looks with a matching pet outfit. Draw from themes of family, nature, urban lifestyle, sustainability and emotional connection — in a register of quiet, minimal luxury. References include modern British lifestyle, Scandinavian minimalism and Japanese contemporary design.

Who Can Apply

Fashion designers, design students, independent brands, creative studios, AI fashion designers and emerging talent — from anywhere in the world.

What to Submit

A complete collection: a minimum of three human looks with matching pet outfits, design sketches and technical drawings, a fabric proposal, a mood board, and a short collection story. Categories span ready-to-wear, outerwear, knitwear, matching dresses & shirts, rainwear, accessories, pet apparel, sustainable and AI fashion design.

Winners Receive

A spot in the Maison Zozo runway show in Qingdao, China, global media exposure, a Maison Zozo Designer Certificate, prototype & production opportunities, introductions to international buyers, licensing prospects, and a featured profile on the Maison Zozo website.

The Runway

Selected finalists will see their collections walk the Maison Zozo runway show in Qingdao, China, this October — a stage for emerging talent in front of an international audience of press, buyers and industry partners.

Please note: travel and accommodation to attend the runway show are arranged and funded by the finalist. Maison Zozo provides the runway platform, showcase production and industry introductions; participants cover their own costs to be there in person.
