Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped directly from our studio and fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Duties & Taxes

For UK orders, all applicable taxes (VAT) are included at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For Canadian orders, no additional duties or import fees apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at customercare@maisonzozo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons:

  • All swimwear and bikinis

  • All pet apparel and pet accessories (clothing, collars, beds, etc.)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@maisonzozo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Donations

All donations made through our Donate page are non-refundable.
